In short, I am here to help you achieve your real estate goals with professionalism, attentiveness, accuracy and loyalty. Your wants and needs come first-I just use my experience, knowledge and expertise to help your dreams a reality.

I am currently the Broker-in Charge of the Kailua office-Century 21 All Islands. Although I was raised on Oahu, my career began in Project Management for the renovation of existing hotels and the construction of new hotels across the United States including California, Las Vegas, Arizona, Iowa, Kansas, Ohio, and Minnesota. I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and utilized it in many fields such as Business/Office Management, Property Management, and Restaurant Management before deciding on becoming a Real Estate Agent. After returning home to Hawaii, I began working as a Restaurant Manager but was drawn into real state within 2 years. After walking my sister through the home buying experience, I decided to make a career out of the process I enjoyed so much.

Throughout my 13 year career as a real estate professional my main goal has been to assist and advise people on the many facets of real estate to help them make solid choices about their real estate objectives. I have dedicated my time to learning negotiating skills, management techniques and the ins and outs of the Oahu real estate market. My focus has been client satisfaction and market knowledge. I have successfully completed the Certified Home Marketing Specialist, the E-Pro, and the Cendant Mobility Specialist designations to enhance my ability to represent my clients. I have gained the experience and expertise necessary to navigate the real estate market with confidence for clients, family and friends.

To balance life, I divide my time between real estate, my family and community. My efforts in volunteering and supporting worthy causes including The Heart Association, Locks of Love, Big Brothers Big Sisters, The Kidney Foundation, United Cerebral Palsy, Lokahi Adopt a Family and the Salvation Army. My most important community roles is Vice-President of Hawaii’s Coalition of Jump$tart – A National organization for the promotion of financial literacy in children K-12. Devoting time and resources to these causes has been very rewarding and I am always willing to lend a hand when it is needed in our community.

My family has been very supportive in my goals of becoming an accomplished real estate leader and my most precious moments are spent with my 12-year-old son Kyler and 7 year old son Kellan. They are the driving force behind my career and community involvement.

What it Means to be a REALTOR®

A REALTOR® is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

Code of Ethics

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:

Loyalty to clients;

Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;

Cooperation with competitors;

Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.

Designations

To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry
